World’s oldest man turns 113 years old

At the age of 113, Juan Mora has a total of 41 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Aside from her slightly high blood pressure and age-related hearing problems, Mora is in good health and doesn’t need support from medications. According to Mora’s personal doctor, she has a habit of drinking 1 glass of wine a day.

Dr. Enrique Guzman said: “He is in very good health for his age. Although there are changes due to age, he has a healthy heart, so health problems do not need to be involved. intervention or long-term treatment. I think with the current diet and lifestyle, she can live for many more years.”
