10 minutes to prepare Korean style grilled beef ribs at home
On weekends, you can prepare your own Korean-style barbecue with personal taste and cheaper price than restaurants.

Ingredient
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 50g brown sugar
- One small pear, peeled and grated
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- A spoonful of mirin
- A tablespoon of sesame oil
- A tablespoon of fresh ginger
- A tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Thinly sliced green onions
- One kilo of Korean beef ribs
Making
Step 1:
- Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pear, garlic, mirin, sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds, and scallions in a medium bowl.
Step 2:
- Using a zip bag or large bowl, mix together the soy sauce and ribs.
- Marinate the meat overnight, stirring occasionally to infuse the flavors evenly.
Step 3:
- Heat the grill to medium heat.
- Add the ribs to the grill, flipping on both sides until the meat reaches the desired doneness (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
Step 4:
- Enjoy the meat with salads, raw vegetables and kimchi according to personal taste.
