Shangri-La Dialogue 2022 is expected to welcome 500 delegates

Thousands of soldiers from the Singapore armed forces have been mobilized to strengthen the security of the country Shangri-La Dialogue.

The functional forces urgently installed a surveillance camera system around the Shangri-La hotel in order to closely monitor any changes, promptly detect and respond to situations.

This year’s Shangri-La Dialogue is expected to bring together about 500 delegates who are government officials, defense and security officials, diplomats, researchers, scholars, businessmen from nearly 50 countries and regions land in the world.

Canceling Shangri-La Dialogue due to COVID-19
