Regarding the content “implementing necessary procedures to restore the legitimate rights and interests of Dr. Truong Thi Hien, the Ministry of Education and Training said that after the Decision No. 3815/QD-BGDĐT recognized the Council of Pedagogical Universities Technical HCMC for the term 2020-2025, from November 20, 2020 to March 16, 2021 (the date the President of the School Council signed the notice No. 07/TB-HDT), Ms. Truong Thi Hien had no decision. decide to terminate or dismiss the vice-principal position and still enjoy the regimes, policies and powers of the vice-principal.

The person in charge of the school shall carry out the necessary procedures to restore the legitimate rights and interests of Dr. Truong Thi Hien, the deadline for completion is before May 30, 2022; assign the acting principal or vice-principal in charge for a period of 3 to 6 months to solve urgent school problems and perform other requirements and duties as prescribed by law, to be completed in May 2022.
