However, by the time of opening, the total number of shares of shareholders attending the meeting was only over 33%, not reaching the minimum figure of 50% as prescribed in the Law on Enterprises.
It is expected that the FLC shareholders’ meeting will be convened for the second time on July 2, the list of attendees will still be closed on May 9, 2022. The 2nd General Meeting requires a minimum attendance rate of 33%.
After Mr. Trinh Van Quyet and Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung left the Board of Directors of FLC, the Board of Directors of this group only had 3 people, namely Chairman Dang Tat Thang and 2 members, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen and Mr. La Quy. Hien. FLC needs to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to elect 2 additional members to the Board of Directors, then it can hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022.
As for the Supervisory Board, all former members of the Supervisory Board of FLC have resigned. The three names that will be elected to replace are Mr. Vu Minh Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai.
FLC has not yet released its audited financial statements for 2021, because it has not found an auditor, after the original auditing company, Dat Viet Auditing – Consulting Co., Ltd. was suspended from its audit status. .
According to the pre-audit financial statements, in 2021 FLC achieved net revenue of 6,772 billion VND, down 50% compared to 2020 (13,488 billion VND) and profit after tax 83.6 billion VND, down 73% compared to 2020. (308 billion VND).
