According to Vietnam Airlines, this is a force majeure situation and affected passengers will be supported to refund tickets or change tickets free of charge to other flights when the route is restored.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has also notified domestic airlines to review flight routes, based on the operation plan, to select alternative routes (if necessary), to ensure that aircraft avoid the area. , air routes were closed, and operations were limited in Russia and Ukraine.
