Ly Kien Thanh applied psychological attacks to conquer the army, even without fighting, he could win. Ly Kien Thanh’s solution contrasted with that of Ly The Dan as a painful slap in the face to the Emperor who was proclaimed as the most talented of the Tang Dynasty. Since then, Ly The Dan also learned a lesson about virtue from Ly Kien Thanh, that is, not all can be solved by force.
3. “Riding head and neck” Ly The Dan in all aspects
The use of soldiers and people of Ly Kien Thanh were much better than that of Ly The Dan, and even the generals and advisers under his command were equally powerful.
