According to doctors, Titanium plate is a medical material that is grafted into the skull for people with craniofacial defects due to many causes (such as traumatic brain injury, post-surgery brain diseases, etc.). This sheet acts as a shield to protect the patient’s skull from external agents.

The doctor said that Mr. T’s case is very rare and dangerous. For patients who have a titanium skull graft, as soon as there are signs of pus leakage, bleeding, and graft exposure, they need to be re-examined immediately. At that time, the patient has many potential risks such as infection, complications of meningitis, encephalitis.
