The Information and Communication Subcommittee has worked with Vietnam Television on issues related to television signals, copyright and advertising.

Regarding signal transmission, the Subcommittee has worked with the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and the two sides will conduct survey work and arrange human resources in the near future. At the same time, the Sub-Committee is also preparing to establish an editorial board for the SEA Games information page as well as a daily newsletter on the days of the Games.

Regarding the work of the Sub-Committee on Reception, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet – Deputy Head of the Sub-Committee, said that he had worked with Noi Bai International Airport on the arrangement of exemptions. The subcommittee has also sent a letter to the member Olympic Committees to consider and select qualified officials to work at the 31st SEA Games. The number of selected experts is about 16-18.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong highly appreciated the efforts of the members and subcommittees in the 31st SEA Games Organizing Committee over the past time, and suggested that the subcommittees focus on completing the work on schedule. assigned work.

As planned, on April 10, the installation of specialized equipment for the competition will be carried out.
