The vaccine passport issuance process consists of 3 steps as follows:

Step 1, people when going to vaccinate must declare accurate information. After that, the vaccination facilities will be responsible for reviewing, verifying and validating the information on the vaccination management platform.

Step 2, after checking, verifying and authenticating the correct information, the vaccination facilities will digitally sign for confirmation. After digital signature, the data is pushed to the vaccine certification system.

Step 3, Department of Preventive Medicine, Ministry of Health is responsible for signing digitally to issue vaccine passports to people.

Thus, people who have been vaccinated, correctly declared information and have data entered by vaccination facilities into the vaccination system, correctly authenticated information with the National Database on Population will be granted a household registration certificate. vaccination without any further procedure.

However, the representative of the Information Technology Department noted, only accurate and verified information with the National Database of Population will be signed and certified by the vaccination facility. If the information is incorrect or the vaccine is missing, people will not be issued a vaccine passport.

Therefore, from now on, people who have been vaccinated should check the information on the Electronic Health Book application to determine whether the information is correct or not. If there is missing or incorrect information, it is necessary to contact the vaccination facility to be supplemented and updated.

After the vaccination unit and the Department of Preventive Medicine sign digitally, each citizen will receive a vaccine passport. Vaccine passports are displayed on the Electronic Health Book application, PC-Covid.
