According to the Can Tho Department of Transport, the project was approved by the City People’s Committee in November 2021, and is currently verifying the construction drawing design documents and cost estimates as a basis for submission to the Ministry of Construction. assessment construction.

At the same time, recently, fuel prices, material construction increased dramatically (compared to the time of project approval, increased from 13-105%), leading to exceeding construction costs.
