Regarding the above case, the Criminal Police Department of Hai Duong Province Police issued a decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused and execute a temporary detention order with two subjects including Do Tien Son (SN1991, Trafficking in Thong Kenh commune, Gia Loc district) and Pham Van Long (born in 1990, residing in Thuy Lam village, Thanh Son commune, Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong province) on charges of illegal drug trading.

Previously, through area management and professional management, the Criminal Police Division of Hai Duong Province Police coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Department and the Criminal Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security to have information about a line of illegal drug trafficking from Son La to Hai Duong and some neighboring provinces for consumption.

Expanding the investigation, the special committee arrested Long.

At the police station, initially, Son and Long admitted to knowing each other through social relations. For the purpose of earning money to spend, the subjects have formed a drug trafficking line in large quantities to Hai Duong for consumption. In order to maintain the operation of the line with its extensive network of centipedes in the province and neighboring provinces, the subjects armed with hot weapons, used various means of camouflage, assigned roles and tasks. closely service each link and use many sophisticated tricks to bypass the functional forces.

With the determination to fight and thoroughly handle drug lines, dens and criminals in order to clean up the area, contributing to the preservation of information security, after only 7 days of establishing a special case, under the direct direction of Mr. The Director of Hai Duong Provincial Police, with the close coordination of the Criminal Police Department and participating units, the two main subjects of the line were arrested. All related exhibits including 12 bags of Ketamine-type drugs, 5 bags of Methamphetamine-type drugs, and 1 bag of MDMA drugs were seized.

Urgent search of the residence of Long, Son and other subjects related to the line in Hai Duong, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong cities, functional forces seized an additional number of tablets and bags of powder white color, military weapons and some papers related to loan sharking activities.

Currently, the case is being investigated and expanded by the Provincial Police to handle before the law
