After reviewing, the Department of Performing Arts found that the performance content of the audio and video recording “There’s No One At All” carried a negative, non-educational message with many scenes of chasing, breaking, violence and the ending is the image of a suicidal character that has had a strong impact on the viewer’s psychology, easily influencing and orienting the negative behavior of society, especially children.

The Department of Performing Arts assessed that the above content shows signs of violating the regulation banning “the use of costumes, words, sounds, images, movements, means of expression, forms of performing acts contrary to the law” customs and traditions of the nation, negatively affecting morality, community health and social psychology” in Clause 4, Article 3 of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government regulations on performing arts activities. Therefore, the Department of Performing Arts proposes to immediately take measures to stop the circulation of this product and request the Inspector of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to deal with the behavior of organizations and individuals that circulate this product. to issue audio and video recordings according to the provisions of Decree No. 38/2021/ND CP dated March 29, 2021 of the Government on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of culture and advertising.
