At 10 am on May 1, the Ha Long Bay cruise ship has not yet departed.

The reason is that the waters of Quang Ninh have bad weather, which is not safe for maritime activities.

Among the licensed means of stopping, there are boats to take tourists to visit the route and spend the night on Ha Long Bay.

“A group of Laotian tourists who arrived in Quang Ninh and planned to visit Ha Long Bay in the morning of May 1 had to be postponed due to bad weather,” said a leader of the Quang Ninh Inland Waterway Administration.

According to this leader, until 10 o’clock on the same day, boats were still not allowed to go to sea. Currently, the unit is coordinating with the Hydrometeorological Station to review the situation, if the weather is favorable in the afternoon, it will issue a permit.
