Going fishing can also be deported?

She also recounted that in the past, a group of people were arrested in Australia for wrongly fishing for rare fish in the red book. But that is not the only case, another group has also been arrested for fishing without a permit or fishing in excess.

For those who violate the above fishing law, depending on the level of violation, they will receive different corresponding penalties.

In which, the most common penalty is a fine, if the level of violation is more serious, these people are at risk of being deported from Australia and permanently not able to return.

From there it can be seen that, whether for recreational or business purposes, fishing or hunting in Australia requires a permit.

In addition, there will be separate regulations for fishing, which include a number of criteria such as: size of fish, number of fish caught in a day, time not to catch a certain type of fish ( seasonal), and equipment used for fishing or fishing.

Duong also added in the video: “I remember not being allowed to catch too many because Australia wants to ensure balance and diversity for the ecosystem. In addition, the regulations will also vary from state to state.”
