On May 11, Phuong went to Tan An ward, presented her 3rd son who died at home from pneumonia and asked for a death certificate for him. Seeing the mother crying and sad, the staff trusted, did not verify the incident according to the regulations, but submitted it to the ward leader for signature. The incident was discovered by Mr. Dung and reported to the authorities.

Working with the police, Ms. Phuong said that every time her ex-husband visited her child, “there was a conflict, demanding the division of property”, so there was an intention to declare the child’s death, saying that the child was dead, to prevent him. back and forth. The baby was sent to an acquaintance in Dak Nong to take care of.

Mr. Pham Dinh Trung, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tan An ward, said that the government had canceled the improperly issued death certificate, and reviewed and clarified the responsibilities of the officials involved.
