Should you sell your land when you make a profit of more than two billion dong?

This is the only valuable property of my husband and I. We plan to sell to pay 400 million VND of debt owed to relatives, this debt can be paid whenever there is, no pressure. Then buy a car for about 700 million VND to have a means of covering rain and sun, traveling for convenience.

With a little money left, we bought a plot of land around 1.5 billion VND or less, as a savings. I am worried, I don’t know if the above option will bring the best benefits, is such an investment possible? Or do I keep the land, wait a few more years to increase the price, will it be better to sell? Hope you guys can help me make the best decision. Thank you very much.
