About 10-15 minutes later, a woman, about 29-30 years old, and two children, 2 and 4 years old, were taken to the hospital. Particularly, a 2-year-old child suffered about 50% burns, all his skin was peeled off due to lack of protective clothing. After stabilizing first aid, the victims were transferred to the National Shell Institute for further monitoring and treatment.

During the investigation, Nam Tu Liem District Police identified the suspect as Tran Thi Thanh Hai and arrested him.
