On the afternoon of March 12, the Fire and Rescue Police Department – Da Nang City Police said that they had just found two bodies, including a man and a woman, dead under the abutment of the Thuan Phuoc bridge.
Prior to that, at around 13 pm on the same day, people discovered that the woman riding a BKS 43X6-xxxx motorbike climbed onto the Thuan Phuoc bridge and then suddenly hung on the railing of the bridge and threw herself into the river to kill herself. Because the incident happened so quickly, passersby couldn’t intervene in time.
Upon receiving the news, the River Fire Protection and Rescue Team under the Fire Protection and Rescue Police Department (Da Nang City Police) coordinated with the Hai Chau District Police Fire Prevention and Control Team to immediately arrive at the scene.

After using the canoe to approach the abutment of the Thuan Phuoc bridge, the functional forces found the body of Ms. Tran Thi L. Th. (SN 1975, lived in Vy Da village, Hue city) died at the foot of the Thuan Phuoc bridge.
In particular, next to him was the body of another youth. The victim was identified as Nguyen DM (SN 2003, born in Phuc Thanh, Vu Thu, Thai Binh). Through inspection at the scene, the investigative agency determined that the male victim had most likely committed suicide the night before, with a number of mortgage papers on the body.
