However, many of the students he introduced refused and replied that they accepted to work in places closer to home with a salary of only 7-9 million VND, for the reason of being afraid to go far.

According to Mr. Long, inadequacies also arise with the teaching staff. “Like traffic engineering, our school has 220 lecturers. Previously, developing this team to train for about 1,500 students, now it only enrolls about 600 students. While other schools, although the number of students is about 200-300, but only a few dozen lecturers, it is quite comfortable.
