After that, the subjects contacted friends and relatives to ask them to refer more people to get personal information and promised to pay each person providing information an amount of 300 thousand dong.
Next, Giap asked each citizen to hold in his hand, hold a blank sheet of A4 size paper in front of his chest to take a portrait photo and give a CCCD card to take a photo. With the above trick, 3 subjects have collected personal information and data of more than 100 people in communes including: Kim Dong, Kim Tan, Con Thoi, Nhu Hoa, Hung Tien, Binh Minh town and one population in other provinces. When he had personal data, Giap sent it to a foreign national via the Telegram app. Censoring the information and data sent by Giap, this person will transfer the money. The money Giap received was the currency on virtual currency exchanges such as: Bit coin, lite coin… Then, Giap had to sell these coins to convert into VND.
From the beginning of March 2022 until now, Giap has received an amount of nearly 80 million VND transferred by foreign nationals. Giap benefits about 30 million VND; Tinh and Bich each benefited more than 20 million VND.
