On May 29, Go Vap District Police (HCMC) is investigating and clarifying the case of a pickup truck hitting 3 motorbikes, injuring 4 people on Le Duc Tho Street (Ward 13, Go Vap District).

According to initial information, around 3:30 pm on May 29, a pickup truck (BS 51D – 804.XX) ran on Le Duc Tho Street (direction from Go Vap to District 12). When going to the section near Truong Dai Bridge, this vehicle suddenly ran across the street, hitting 3 motorbikes moving in the opposite direction.
Many motorbikes were badly damaged and lying around after the accident.
Next, the pickup truck drove away, rolling a motorbike under it to the sidewalk. Only when it hit a house did the car stop.
At the scene, 3 motorbikes were damaged, 4 people were seriously injured and were taken to the hospital by people.
Immediately after the incident, the driver left the scene. The accident caused a local traffic jam in the area.
Rescue crews arrived at the scene.
Upon receiving the news, Go Vap district functional forces quickly arrived, sealed off the scene, investigated the accident and regulated traffic.
