Mr. Thinh is also an officer of the Department of Transport in Bac Giang province.

Traffic police assessed Thinh’s alcohol content violation at a very high level, 1.5 times higher than the maximum sanctioning level specified in Decree 100 (the current maximum sanctioned level is above 0). ,4 mg/l breathing air).

The security camera image also showed that the luxury car was traveling at high speed, directly hitting the motorbike at the intersection, causing the 3 victims to be thrown far away and died on the spot.

Previously, the Traffic Police Department said that Audi cars were driven by Nguyen Quoc Thinh (born in 1987, in Ngo Quyen ward, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province) on Hoang Van Thi street towards Ngo Van Canh.

At the intersection of Hung Vuong – Hoang Van Thu, this car collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung (born in 1974, in Tho Xuong ward, Bac Giang city) with his wife and daughter.
