Two days ago, Khang and Quoc rode their motorbike into the car lane on Highway 13, part through Loc Hung commune, Loc Ninh district.
Truck driver Nguyen Ngoc Tuoi, 58, and two other cars honked to pass, but the two youths refused to let them. After running another 100 meters, the person sitting in the cabin of Mr. Tuoi’s car was Nguyen The Hung, 28, opened the glass door to curse, loudly asking Khang and Quoc to get out of the way. At this time, the two youths ran into the motorcycle lane to let the car pass.
According to the investigative agency, Khang and Quoc were angry because they were cursed, told Tu and Lam about the incident and pulled each other to seek revenge. Tu took the car to take Quoc, brought a gun; and Khang and Lam hold 2 knives to ride a motorbike.
Chased for about 3 km, their car overtook Mr. Tuoi’s truck, Quoc raised his gun to ask to stop “talking”, shooting twice into the air. Mr. Tuoi panicked and fled, the whole group chased, blocked, and was forced to stop.
When Mr. Nguyen The Hung resigned, Lam shot him in the chest and stoned him in the head. At the same time, Khang wielded a gun and knife to attack the group in the truck cabin, wounding two people. They all fled from the scene.

Knowing the police were looking, a few hours later, Nguyen Tien Khang’s group surrendered and handed over two guns. Searching the residences of these people, the police confiscated additional ammunition boxes and many unused bullets.
Currently, there is no conclusion about the type of weapon they committed the crime with.
