After a few conversations, Hoan asked L. to take photos and videos of some sensitive parts of L.’s body to send through the account “Hoang Long”, and then Hoan saved it on his phone.

After that, Hoan used his main facebook to send sensitive photos and videos to L.’s facebook account, threatening to post photos and videos of L. on social networks to force L. to let him have sex. Due to fear of his sensitive image being spread on social networks, L. agreed.

From August 26, 2020 to March 19, 2022, Hoan repeatedly used those sensitive videos and photos to force L. to let Hoan have sex while his wife was away.

According to the police, in recent times, Ms. N. often loses money, so in the morning of March 19, 2022, Ms. N. installed a camera at the head of her bed. At about 2pm on the same day, Ms. N. went home to take out the memory card in the camera and found that her husband had sex with her daughter in her bed.

Due to her frustration, on the night of March 19, Ms. N. used a knife to cut her husband’s “guts”, then went to the police station to confess; and Nguyen Van Hoan was taken to the emergency room at Son La Provincial General Hospital.

From the collected evidence, Yen Chau district police had enough evidence to prove Nguyen Van Hoan’s criminal behavior. Immediately after the subject stabilized his health and was discharged from the hospital, the Investigation Police Department of Yen Chau District Police executed an arrest warrant for Hoan to strictly handle them in accordance with the law.
