According to the dossier, from 2021 up to now, the UK has impersonated a reporter of a central newspaper with many acquaintances, so it can carry out procedures to convert illegal agricultural land into long-term residential land. He promises that he will refund if he doesn’t do it.

5 people in Dien Chau district have transferred more than 9 billion dong thanks to him to take care of the procedures.
