After 2 days of searching, on the afternoon of May 9, the police identified Nguyen Thanh Phuc (26 years old, residing in Hoa Thuan Dong ward, Hai Chau district) as the suspect, so they arrested him. At the investigation agency, Phuc initially admitted his lewd behavior.
