Cycling from South Africa to Qatar to support the 2022 World Cup

For 4 friends from Argentina, the attraction of the sport became the motivation for them to decide to cycle from South Africa to Qatar to support their team at the final round of the FIFA World Cup. World Cup 2022 next November.

Four people started cycling from Cape Town, South Africa to Doha, Qatar from May 15. They cycled 10,500 km, traveling through 15 countries in Africa and the Middle East region. The journey is expected to last about 6 months.

Besides the purpose of going to Qatar to watch the matches of the Argentina team, the trip of this group of friends also calls for environmental protection. For every kilometer they travel, a new tree will be planted in the Cordoba mountains of Argentina.
