Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov confirmed that Russia has recorded several acts of sabotage and attacks by the Ukrainian military against facilities on Russian territory.

“If these things continue, the armed forces of the Russian Federation will attack decision-making centers, including Kiev – which we have so far limited,” Konashenkov said.

Mr. Konashenkov did not name specific acts of attack or plot to sabotage Ukraine. However, on April 11, Russia warned of a high level of terrorism in three regions bordering Ukraine, Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod, and many administrative units bordering the border in Krasnodar, Voronezh and Crimea regions.
