According to Russia Today TV, on April 13, the Russian Defense Ministry warned Russia has so far limited its attacks on Ukrainian decision-makers. But if Kiev continues to carry out acts of sabotage or attacks on Russian territory, this will change.

Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov confirmed that Russia has recorded several acts of sabotage and attacks by the Ukrainian military against facilities on Russian territory.

“If these things continue, the armed forces of the Russian Federation will attack decision-making centers, including Kiev – which we have so far limited,” Konashenkov said.

Mr. Konashenkov did not name specific acts of attack or plot to sabotage Ukraine. However, on April 11, Russia warned of a high level of terrorism in three regions bordering Ukraine, Bryansk, Kursk and Belgorod, and many administrative units bordering the border in Krasnodar, Voronezh and Crimea regions.

According to local media, the air defense forces in the Belgorod area have been very active in the past week.

In addition, Kiev initially stated and then denied the April 1 attack by two helicopters on a fuel depot south of the city of Belgorod. The attack did not injure or kill anyone, but caused great material damage.

Russian authorities are also investigating the March 29 missile attack with at least three Tochka-U missiles fired from Ukraine at a military unit near Belgorod. Russia accused internationally banned cluster munitions that eight Russian citizens were injured, 21 vehicles and several buildings damaged.

Meanwhile, the head of Ukraine’s military intelligence service countered that Russia’s terrorist warning was evidence that the country was “making excuses” through attacks on its own citizens to blame. for Ukraine, seeking support for military operations in Ukraine.

Major General Kirill Budanov at Ukraine’s Defense Ministry accused Russia of “self-managing” explosions or rocket attacks to blame the Ukrainian army or volunteer forces in order to paint a moving picture of “these attacks”. Ukrainian nationalist atrocities”.
